The Preparation
- cupmayonnaise
- cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar treatment
- 3 tablespoonsSwerve (or preferred sweetener)
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups chopped raw cauliflower
- 3 cups chopped raw broccoli
- cup finely diced red onion
- 8 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
- cup sliced almonds
The Execution
1. Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar treatment, Swerve, salt, and pepper inside a medium-sized bowl (or mason jar). Put aside.2. Add some chopped cauliflower and broccoli, onion, crumbled bacon, and sliced almonds to some large bowl.
3. Drizzle with prepared dressing and toss to mix.
4. Salad could be offered immediately or refrigerated as much as 24 hrs before serving. The vegetables improve the more the flavors are permitted to mix within the fridge!
